GI (glycemic index)
Low: 55 or below
Moderate: 56 to 69
High: 70 and above

You must consult your dietician or doctor before consuming any fruit in gestational or other diabetes . As every body is different. Here as a nutrition advisor, i have provided list of fruits that that have relatively low GI and can be consumed moderately in gestational diabetes case, but please discuss with your HCP too if u want to consume any of these.
