Cut potatoes into 1/2″ fries, toss in a large bowl with 1 tbsp. of oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and a bit of rosemary if you like, and bake in a single layer at 400 degrees for 30 min. Weight loss works best for people who figure out the best things for themselves and their body. If you enjoy mornings, wake up an hour early and workout in the A.M. If you are a night person, then do your exercise at night after work. This is best for those who don’t enjoy waking up early.
You will want to lower your consumption of products containing caffeine. Research indicates that caffeine causes your body to burn its stores of fat more slowly.
If you cheat, it’s okay! You aren’t striving for perfection here. If you yield to temptation and eat food items that you regret, just work out harder to balance it out.
