However, it is possible to create “fries” that are good for you and won’t create havoc on your scales. Slice a small potato into fries, toss with a small amount of olive oil. Then season the slices with rosemary, salt and pepper and bake for thirty minutes in an oven set at 400 degrees. Turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes. Instead of getting rid of old habits that cause weight gain, replace them with new, healthier habits instead. Positive reinforcement can improve your mood and set you on the right path to lose weight. Replace old habits with new habits for success in weight loss. You will find this is much easier than attempting to simply stop enjoying certain foods (such as donuts). It is much simpler to create new habits than it is to try to break old habits.
